Founded in 2013 with Purpose
The Chacon Team was founded in 2013 by Mortgage Banker Christian Peter Chacon. After working alongside his father, Vince Chacon—a respected mortgage veteran with over 40 years of experience—Christian Peter quickly realized the powerful impact he could have on the lives of both first-time and seasoned homebuyers. It was during this time that he discovered his "why"—a sense of purpose that continues to guide The Chacon Team today.

Christian Peter began his career in the mortgage industry in 2012, working under the mentorship of his father. He quickly found fulfillment in helping people achieve the dream of homeownership, and that passion has fueled his journey ever since.
At the core of Christian Peter's work is his faith, which influences every aspect of his life. He sees his career not just as a profession, but as a platform to serve others joyfully and with integrity.
Outside of work, Christian Peter finds joy in spending time with his wife, Hannah, and their four children—Boston, Easton, Miles, and Blakely. A dedicated endurance athlete, he can often be found running or cycling through the Hill Country, finding both challenge and clarity in the rhythm of the road.
